This is the best pizza in the Ephrata - Quincy area. I would drive out of the way to eat Time Outs pizza 10 thumbs up

Place is solid. Food is good but is so cheap that the value is raised. It's not a 5 star restaurant but is my go to for lunch while in the area. Passing on this place would be a mistake. Cleanliness and food being average is why it gets 3 instead of 4.

Pizza is good, but have been getting charged multiple times and then catch it the next day and have to go in to have the charges reversed.
